Pendants with Swarovski Crystals

Once your order is placed please monitor your inbox for an email from us. You must respond to it in order to have your items created.

When ordering a custom nameplate necklace, you must include all of the following information in the instructions 'notes to seller' box at checkout. The 'notes to seller' box is at the very bottom of the checkout page.

The character LIMIT for Swarovski pendants is 8. If you need more then 8 letters, please contact us.

Please copy & paste the following format:
NAME:
STONE COLOR:

Example:
NAME: Lathina
STONE COLOR: Diamond

If you choose the option 'Stone on "i” ONLY' , and your name does not have an "i" in it, there will be NO stone on the pendant.

If you do not chose a stone color, your pendant will automatically get a diamond stone.

Be sure to double check for spelling before completing your order. Sometimes auto correct may change names that aren't common.

All necklaces can be purchased in Sterling Silver 925, Rose Gold, and 18K Gold plated finishes. Solid Gold options are available by request only.

Each necklace style option corresponds with the name on the necklaces above.

Swarovski Crystal styles are ONLY created in a Cursive font.

All necklaces automatically come with a 16" chain. If you would like a length other than 16", please include it in the instructions box. Necklace lengths can be 14",16",18",20", or 22". Please refer to the necklace length guide above. The chain length does not include the pendant. The necklace may be longer depending on the size of the pendant.

All necklaces with the stone option automatically come with a standard diamond/crystal stone. If you would like to choose a different stone, be sure to include the birthstone you want in the instructions box.

All customized nameplate necklace orders require 15-20 days of processing time (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS). Processing time officially starts on the business day after you place your order.

There is a RUSH order option at an additional fee if you would like to receive your necklace in 7-10 BUSINESS days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS). If you would like the rush order option, YOU MUST ADD IT TO YOUR CART.

Failure to include information in the instructions box will result in a delay for processing time.

Placing an order with us means that you acknowledge that your order will ship after 15-20 BUSINESS days of processing time, UNLESS you add-on a RUSH order at the time of purchase. Weekends and US holidays DO NOT count as processing days.

Please double check for spelling errors. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling. Orders cannot be edited once placed.
